AmandlaVolt sells Keyboards, Mice, and Headphones exclusively through this online store. All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and payment information. AmandlaVolt may update these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AmandlaVolt, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. 4. Refund Policy

AmandlaVolt offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for Keyboards, Mice, and Headphones. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. Defective products may be replaced at our discretion.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
